Sara the Writer

Sara writes creative nonfiction, poetry and children's stories. Her most recent publication is her poem Reentry, which can be read on the Pulse Magazine website.

Sara is an active member of Grub Street, the second largest independent center for creative writing in the United States.

Sara the Storyteller

Sara weaves song, original stories, and dance into her one-woman cabaret show, Stories in Song.
She believes that every story can be told through song, and that every song tells a story.

Her show, Soup, about her father's eclectic life after immigration and the lessons it taught her, received accolades at the Boston Association of Cabaret Artists (BACA) 2011 festival, and a standing ovation at the Amazing Things Arts Center in Framingham, MA.

Sara the Vocalist

Sara loves to perform in small venues where she can communicate easily with an audience. She culls her musical selections from jazz, Broadway, and the American Songbook. She currently serves as vice president of the Boston Association of Cabaret Artists (BACA).

News! "Potholes and "Pumpkins" with Barbara Larson, and Bill Duffy on piano, sold out at Amazing Things Arts Center (Framingham)! Thank you to all our fans and supporters.
